I want partnership firm closed and not running business so how do pan surrender? if we are not surrender then income tax return file is compulsory if I m not running business activities.

I had joined in one company recently, In that company they are not filed the PF returns for the FY 2010-11 TO 2012-13,

before 2010 they filed PF returns.

Now some persons Came for claiming.. but department rejected their claim application on account of non filing of PF returns..


So Now how can I rectify?
How can I file the return for that years? Is it Possible??

CAN MEMBERS OF GOVERNING BODY AND DESIROUS PERSONS FOR FORMING A SOCIETY BE DIFFERENT

An Arbitrator fixed his fee on consolidated basis irrespective of number of appearances. However, appearances due to certain reasons have increased to the extent that further proceedings are not viable for the Arbitrator. Can the Arbitrator re-fix his fee in between before the Award.

I have deposited a sum of Rupees 3 lakhs at private financing company 2010,which is registered under the norms and conditions of Reserve Bank. The same was released on 2013, at that time i have no pancard. Now after
4 years back they are demanding me the pancard number for the above released fixed amount. At present I am
having pancard properly. If i give the pan number to the finance company, any obligation i have face. Kindly necessary instruction may please be given as early as possible

LLP has recently changed its Registered office from one State to another. LLP is engaged in Importing goods . So updating PAN database will be enough or do I have to change the details in IEC also. ?

Also I want to take input of IGST paid on imports , but my IEC has different state mentioned.

Have completed procedure of articleship franking for office in ahemdabad city but there in an issue related to my bcom i have appeared for t.y.bcom 5th sem exam nd its regular bcom in another city..
But college is allowing me not to attend regular classes..
Now what should I do for submission of my 112 form as college is allowing me not to attend regular classes but they wont given this in written..
So I have to drop my bcom last sem..!?

We are a small private company providing basic service of management of installation of furniture to retailers after the civil work is complete.

We do not have any installer as an employee and only two people as staff with salary above 20K. We give work contract to others for the same and basically manage their working.

The normal duration for each site varies between a week to three weeks with 4-5 hired freelance installers. Once the work is complete, the installers are paid and free to work any where else.

We charge to our principal clients with squarefeet of area work is to be done and not be manpower. Sometime work is handled by 2 people in 15 days sometime work is done by 5 people in 3 days depending upon the timelines agreed with our customer.

"Question is are we liable for their ESI and PF for these hired installers?"

Please do confirm with reference of the ESI and PF laws
