i have filled form 102 and 103 on SSP and it has been approved by my principle but pending approval from regional officer. Now i dont want to register under the above principle .Is it possible to cancel the registraton before approval from regional officer

Whether UDIN is required for following attestation
1. GST Registration
2. GST Returns
3. ITR Acknowledgement
4. Income Tax Computation
5. Trading,P&L, B/Sheet of a person who is not required to gets his accounts audited.But Required these Financial Statements attested for Bank Loan Purpose.
6. Financial Statements of a AOP Who is registered under Socities Act not required to gets his accounts audited
If any of above is required UDIN which document type is selected whether Certificates or Audit & Assurance Function and also please suggest the sub head under Certificates or Audit & Assurance Function

One of my friend is running a ca proprietorship firm from last 2 years but from a growth and opportunity perspective I want to enquire whether it should be converted into partnership firm or not??
Are there any additional benefits attached to the partnership forms than proprietorship firm.
And most importantly what will be the additional compliances for a partnership firm.
So the question is what is more beneficial partnership or proprietorship firm?

I need to know how much TDs to be deducted from license fee of 155000/- pm for a resi leave & license.

Also how to pay online , meaning which form is to be used ? 26QC says only 5% TDs, whereas the owner mentioned 10% TFS also when is the TDs to be paid, monthly ? Half yrly ? Annually? Or before 31st march 2020 ?

I HAVE A CASH CREDIT LIMIT IN BANK NOW WE ARE GOING TO CHANGE OUR BANK AND OUR PRESENT BANK WILL TELL TO CHARGE 4% FORECLOSE CHARGE AND THAN THEY WILL GIVE NOC.
THEY HAVE NOT MENTIONED IN SENCTION LETTER ABOUT FORECLOSE CHARGE AND TELL US TO THAT THEY HAVE MENTIONED IN MASTER FINANCE AGREEMENT. AND TELL ME THAT IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE A/C YOU HAVE TO TELL US BEFORE 2 MONTH OF RENEWAL DATE AND NOW IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE YOU HAVE TO PAY 4% FORECLOSE CHARGES
