I want to know when is it mandatory to take PTRC and PTEC registrations.

PTEC registrations is compulsory for all establishment, where as PTRC. Applicable depends on If employees salary falls under PT deductible salary.

If the location of the company is in Maharashtra state and the Total salary per employee is below 20,000/-, will PTRC registration be applicable. There are 36 employees in the company.
