My Bangalore client company employs ten persons for its work. The total staff is ten only. whether the company is liable to deduct and pay profession tax of employees if the pay exceeds Rs. 5000 p.m.in each case of the employee?

As per wealth tax act Sec 4.Net wealth to include certain assets.

(1) In computing the net wealth---

(a) of an individual, there shall be included as belonging to that individual the value of assets which on the valuation date are held---

(i) --------
(ii) by a minor child, not being a minor child suffering from any disability of the nature specified in section 80U of the Income-tax Act, or a married daughter, of such individual, or

Kindly clarify , if minor holds land or building whether the same is exempted u/s 5(vi) in addition to land or building owned by the individual.

How can I set up a private limited company in a SEZ. I am planning to set up a management consultant firm. My revenues would be mostly from foreign assignments.

Am I eligible to set up my company in SEZ as I am not going to manufacture or export any thing. And if I can what are my advantages.

I am facing a problem in validating the 24Q IV quarter ETDS . The error file which is getting generated is
1.T-FV-2097 Invalid number of Challan Record and
2.T-FV-2129 Invalid number of Salary Detail Record

Please if any one know, as such how to rectify it help me.
