'The managment level accounting", if you mean to say that management accounting, then ICWAI is the best option. I hope you are aware that mangment accounting represents major part of cost accounting, budgets,cost-volume profit analysis, strategic business planning, variances etc. Briefly this branch of accounting deals with the supporting role of an accountant for the managment to take various strategic decisions.
The other branch of accounting is called financial accounting.
You can opt for doing CA, which will give you professional knowledge and skill on financial accounting and managment accounting as well. however if you want to specialise on managment accounting then ICWAI would be best option.
In my opinion ACCA of UK is one of such professional course which has the right blend of both financial and managment accounting. Also you will expose to the international accounting practices and policies.
