What are the qualities the Big 4's seek in the articles applying ?
I am a PCC student attempt due in Nov'08, I am from an army background , educated in Army School , fluency in Language .
What should be done by me be in a Big4 as an article ?

1) strong academic background (they like first attempt passouts)
2) good english - speaking / writing
3) strong fundamentals (judged at the time of interview) like good knowledge of A.S. etc.
4) confident personality
5) I.T. knowledge like M.S. Office etc.
strong soft skills will be extra advantage
