i had been to the PF office today for registering our client company under EPFO.. I had taken required forms like proforma of coverage, form 5 A, form 2, MOA & AOA.. The officer wanted a minimum work order , employer's consent in prescribed form and employees consent in prescribed form.. I need to Know abt the 3 documents..could someone explain that to me..thank u

I have joined a MNC, they have clupped the gratuity into my CTC part.
1)Gratuity is a part of CTC or not?
2)What would happen If I leave the company before 5 years than I am eligible to get my gratuity amount or not?
3)There is any law which can support me to do the case on company for gratuity?

A pvt. ltd co. having no business transactions incurred some pre-operative exps like audit fee, legal fee and bank charges. My query is that whether these expenses will appear in Form 23ACA or not.

I need to inspect list of shareholders of a private ltd. co. But on the site there is availbale only the e-forms. The attachment to Form 20B is not open for view.
