Treatment of Director's remuneration in the P&L statement

can anyone tell me how the director's remuneration to be treated in the p&l a/c. since company reports under the head of mfg, selling and admin expenses in the AR.

can be considered/shown/taken under employee cost?

30 October 2008 If it is MD's you can perhaps show it under empoyee cost. But remuneration to non-executive directors will be disclosed separately.
