I would like to know how much time does it take for revaluation and if the examiners have not checked any question attempted by the student they give marks for it or not?

we have formed a pvt ltd company in india in which a company outside india is the shareholder now if we want to take loan from that company whether RBI permission is requred before bringing money or we can inform RBI after funds are brought into india.

how a company should make provision on 31.1.09 for the sale promotion activity for which the bills will be submitted on 15.2.09. as per my opinion the previous trends i have to go through and then i have to make provision accordingly.

Because of reduction in Tenure of Housing Loan if the EMI increased by Finance Co. / bankers without any prior intimation / approval of a/c holder then is it liable to A/c Holder.. If bank can can charge any penal Interest for Short paid EMIs.
It will be better if somebody will quote legal sections of any act..
