I have my own properietorship firm with turnover of 3 crore. I wish to change it from properietorship to pvt. ltd. to get extra reputation in the market.
Would you suggest me, is it write step??, what shall be advantages & disadvantages of this step?

STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS ARE VERY MUCH MORE FO A COMPANY, SEE IF YOU CAN BE ABLE TO COMPLY WITH IT, AS IT WILL ADD TO YUR ADMINISTRATIVE OVERHEAD COSTS.
