I got 10th rank in cpt and 38th rank in pcc. should i apply in top ca firms or in medium level firm and concentrate more on my study. pls suggest with name, add, phone no., email. of firms io which i should apply.

My Father has sum of Rs400000 and he want to invest his money but other than stock market and mutual fund.I suggested him to invest in some specific stock but he deny for the same.I also suggested to invest in Insurance and also in Post office scheme but he invested only small part of it.He want to invest in some other avenues.so anyone suggest me for the same???i.e.now,what kind of Other Investment is posible for him???

While Filing Form 23AC with ROC, I made a mistake in the attachments.... In the minutes , with respect to appointment of auditor for F.Y 2008 - 09, I filed it as F,Y 07-08... How can I Rectify the mistake.. Is there a possibility of re - submission ?

One of my friend he is an M'com & working with an transport Company and also havebeen registered for New CWA course.
as per new course students have to undergo for an articleship of 3 years, but they can get an exemption if they are working in industry. They just have to submit their experence certificate.

Can anybody guide him for this. Can any body give me the format of experence certificate.
