A comany X ltd. located in mumbai want to start a unit in pune special economic zone, X ltd already having IE Code, whther new sez unit need to apply for seperate IE Code or Updating branch details in IE Code of X ltd is enough?

hi , any one tell me how fill TDS Quarterly Return Challan. I paid both first & Second Quarter payment . Now how to enter the amount in 1st Quarter Challan. Wheather exact amount of 1st Quarter or Full Challan Amount (i.e. both 1st & 2nd Quarters pyt paid )

I would like to know that whether a CA in practice can have a different sole proprietorship under his/her name??
Example, suppose I am Shilpa, having CA firm in the name of Shilpa D. Raut & Co., in such case can I be the sole proprietor in the name of XYZ Financial Services???
Can I accept the outsourced whole time work under such name???
