What are the steps that have to be followed in case of change in the registered office of a society as well as resignation and introduction of members in the society? Is any intimation required to be given to the registrar of socities? If so, how is it to be done?

You have to pass a resoulution to the effect that the registered office of the society has been changed. You should get a proper proof such as rental agreement for acquiring that place. Then inform the registrar of societies along with letter, resolution and proof of address and rental agreement.
Addition and deletion need not be informed as and when it happens. Since we will be filing once in a year the list of members at the date of annual general meeting.
