Is there any time limit but the resersal of the bonus provision made?
It is the policy of the company to pay the bonus amount in Diwali and if the left employees does not come at Diwali the bonus amount is not paid.
According to the Bonus Act, is it correct?

My PCC is due in may2010 ?
so how do i plan my studies so that i get sufficient time for revision and how can i fight for rank ?

Dear friends I confuse to do practice or Service.

Currently I am working in manufacturing Industries (Banasdairy,Palanpur,North Gujarat)but I want to do start practice in small town city Palanpur.

In context of working capital management finished goods stock is calculated on the basis of cost of goods sold. and cost of goods sold comes out after adding administration costs to factory cost but if in the question there already given abt the sales and gross profit % . then there cost of goods sold would be sales less GP .

as one have two ways to calculate cost of goods sold. So how should i deal????
