My Company is advertsing Company , we are providing services . No of Employee is 18 ,
I want to know is labour ACt Is applicable ?

1. You didn't mention the name of the city wherein your company situated.

2. I assume, if it is in Karnataka, you are liable to register under Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishment ACt, and obtain Labour Licence.

3. For 18 employees, the acual fee is Rs.2,500.00.
