21 February 2009 In a Trust, where the author (father ) gives the trusteeship to his first son stating that the benefit shall move to all his children (including first son).

In this case Trustee becomes beneficiary himself. Is it possible? Can a trustee be a benificiary?

21 February 2009 Yes. Trustee can be a one of the beneficiary. He is receiving the benefit as per trust deed and as a trustee he has to manage the trutst.
