i have a client having business under partnership firm but there is a issue with upvat authorities regarding its deed, as per department registered partnership deed is compulsory but in our opinion it is complsory under partnership act 1932.when we go for registration under partnership act then only registered deed is required.
so please reply as soon as possible.

Want housing loan of Rs. 30 Lakhs but income tax returns for the past three years are not strong enough. However return for F.Y. 2009-10 which is yet to be filed would show an income of Rs 7-8 Lakhs and also per month income for F.Y. 2010-11 would br close to Rs. 60 - 70 thousand. The source of above mentioned income is professional fees received from a reputed coaching classes plus private tutions. Pl help me regarding the same urgently.

Based on your experience, please give your views on the following :

A Pvt Ltd received foreign remittance and reported to AD-I Category Bank within 30 days and RBI acknowledged the Reporting of Inflow and thus, allotted the UIN.

The company also within the stipulated time filed the Form FC-GPR with the AD-I Category Bank.

Query :

Whether company will receive any letter from RBI acknowledging the Form FC-GPR.

I shall wait for your views.

I want to know whether CA in service ( not holding Certificate of Practice ) can attest the marksheet/Date of Birth certificate etc to be used in CA regn.

Further, whether ha can sign in examination form or only CA in practice is allowed for the same.
