Peer review certificate is required for audit of listed comp

I have got audit of Listed company. I am doing listed company audit for first time. Do i require peer review certificate before signing the audit report. Or i can apply for peer review and simultaneuosly start doing the audit.

SIR PLZ TELL ME I M WORK IN CFL MANUFECTURE UNIT. SUPOSE WE SOLD THE FINISHED GOODS(CFL) IN DELHI WITHOUT FORM C .SIR DELHI PARTY NOT WANT TO GIVE C FORM. THAN SIR HOW MUCH CST CAN BE ADDED AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE IT IS 4%. SIR IT IS RIGHT IF WRONG PLZ SIR CLEAR MY DOUBT THANKS IN ADVANCE

ATM Transactions

The govt has approved for max 5 transactions for using debit cards in other Bank’s ATM’s, is just a balance enquiry considered as transaction or not?
After making balance enquiries 5 times, will my 6th transaction whether withdrawal or Bal enq be charged??

(My opinion Transaction happens only when there is an event of giving & taking between 2 parties)

Certificate of practice

A person is a qualified CA and CS.
He claims to practice for 6months as CA, surrender his COP then practices as CS for 6 months and again take COP with CA practices and so on..
