if a charitable trust receives a donation in foreign exchange what are its statutory requirments???

As per Foregin Contribution regulation act you have to file the required form with RBI.

The Trust should have prior permission or permanent registration under Foreign Contribution regulation Act,2010(FCRA) before receiving even a single dollar as donation from outside India.
