I neeed a clarification regarding the Provident Fund our organisation is a private limited company. It was registered with 49 employees in Provident fund but now some employees are resigned and some employees as been changed has consultant. At present only 7 employees are working so we want to cancel the Provident Fund. Please tell me the procedure to cancel from provident fund and all the employees want to withdraw the money from the PF.

How to calculate amount of home loan based on salary. What is the basis for calculation of loan amount?
Generally, banks calculate loan amount eligible to get based on previous 3 years income tax returns. SO if income tax returns are not submitted what is basis in that case?
is it on the basis of salary slip?

How is home loan amount to be sanctioned computed in case of 'no account case assesses'(small business)? ie only the profit and few figures are available.. so what procedure is followed?
for eg.- if assessee has profit 100000, 150000, 200000 in 3 consecutive years.. so how much home loan can he get sanctioned approximately if the repayment period 20 years

(1) I've purchased one flat in the name of my Wife by taking loan from BANK. my wife is not employed. Can I calim Interest paid on borrowed capital in my I.T. return since I am working in a PSU.

(2) my wife is having I.T PAN. if she claims the interest only and there is no other income. can she get refund from the departmtn?

(3) If the property purchased in co-ownership, then who can claim the interest rebate?

For CMA related to CC/WC/Term loan which are the relevant ratios and what are their standards....ex. current ratios shld be around 1.33 to get loan.
