How is loan sanction amount computed

Dear all,
How is home loan amount to be sanctioned computed in case of 'no account case assesses'(small business)? ie only the profit and few figures are available.. so what procedure is followed?
for eg.- if assessee has profit 100000, 150000, 200000 in 3 consecutive years.. so how much home loan can he get sanctioned approximately if the repayment period 20 years
