I have confusion regarding "C" Form. As u know now we need to issue "C" Form on Quarterly Basis. When we liabile to issue "C" Form on the seller bill date or on the date of receipt of material to the purchaser.

For Example

Suppose we have ordered for X item to A party from Mumbai. A generate bill on 29th June and material delivers to us on 2nd July.

In above case when we are liabile to issue "C" Form. If we issue "C" Form in 1st Quarter - how can we issue because we are not in receipt of material. IF we issue "C" Form in 2nd quarter what is the date of bill because date of bill is 29th June.

Plesae advise with examples i am in very confusion.

I have given my CA final II group papers for verification of marks.where in application I have mentioned subject names & marks obtained only.But one of my friend suggested that I should have mentioned how many marks paper I have attained and my expectations from that paper.As per his opinion & experience of his friends,only detailed application is taken for verification of marks.
Now I am confused whether I should write one more application referring the one which I have already send to The secretary(exam)on 22/07/2010.Because specifically I was expecting Exemption in IDT,which I have not got.And its very difficult to surrender the hopes!
Please guide me!

I neeed a clarification regarding the Provident Fund our organisation is a private limited company. It was registered with 49 employees in Provident fund but now some employees are resigned and some employees as been changed has consultant. At present only 7 employees are working so we want to cancel the Provident Fund. Please tell me the procedure to cancel from provident fund and all the employees want to withdraw the money from the PF.
