Please explain me the new pattern of CPT exam as to 2 attempts in 6 months.

My frnd didnot clear June' 10 CPT & now he will be trying for Sep online exam.

if he doesn't clear Sep'10 which is the next attempt he can give??

Can he sit in Dec' 10??

eligibility for Gratuity

Hi, Under The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 what is the eligibility criteria to claim gratuity from a Company. I know it is after first 5 years, but my query is whether service of 4 yrs 6 months and above could be considered for payment of Gratuity?
