Sub : Appointment of your firm as Internal Auditor

We are glad to appoint you as our internal auditor for the period ........

You are required to look after the following areas and report/suggest thereon at the end of every month/quarter :

1. Accuracy and timely recording of accounting.

2. Perpetual Valuation of Closing Stock.

3. List of Dead Stock

4. Collection from Debtors and action to be taken for recovery.

5. Ensuring timely Payment of statutory
dues like Advance Tax, VAT, Service Tax, PF etc.

For your above services; a monthly remuneration of Rs.....shall be paid.
