Hi
I neeed a clarification regarding the Provident Fund our organisation is a private limited company. It was registered with 49 employees in Provident fund but now some employees are resigned and some employees as been changed has consultant. At present only 7 employees are working so we want to cancel the Provident Fund. Please tell me the procedure to cancel from provident fund and all the employees want to withdraw the money from the PF.

according to my knowledge this is not possible
once an organisation comes under the purview of pf then it remains to be in pf for life long irrespective of the no of employees
