What should be the exact contents of the certificate ..

But that Form 1A requires resubmission for the reason "Tech is misleading".

Please help me on the issue of :

One of our client was filing return in mumbai without having registered office at mumbai & hence his case had been transferred to Pune ( where registered office is situated) by the AO last year.

Now we want that client to be assessed in mumbai, but it is not possible at Aayakar bhavan as registered office of company is at pune.

But we can go for LTU, if we satisfies the conditions of notification no 20/2006 & 19/2006 of central excise (NT).

Can anybody help me in interpreting the abovesaid notifications.
