29 September 2010 I have filed Form 1A
But that Form 1A requires resubmission for the reason "Tech is misleading".

Please suggest me to overcome this problem

29 September 2010 In this situation, I will suggest you to meet the concern ROC person with which this Form is hold for approval and know the exact situation, because the "Tech is Misleading" is not sufficient for inter pretation.
