is it ok for a pharmaceutical co. to deal is buying and selling of rice??

in my 1st of ipcc which was in may11 i couldnt clear both the groups . but now i have only 2 1/2 months to go and ive taken a long break from studies dat is 2 months break so i was thinking of giving only ipcc group1 in november and get real good marks and group 2 in may 12 i need a good and logical suggestion as im studying after 2 months i need to make a fresh start.. help me.

i cleared Ist grp ipcc in first attempt only bt I am fail in 2nd grp exam.......got 129 (a/c 46, audit-50, IT SM-33)nw how shud i prepare for nov 11...how cn i improve skill in accounts....whn i solving the sums it seem my speed is slow and that is only keep behind me....how shud i cum out frm such situation or improve my self...pls need motivation....never seen negative result since school....little bit worried.

Audit- 44
Accounts- 51
IT & Sm- 48
I have received a total of 143 out of 150.
Is it advisable to apply for revaluation?
Will applying for revaluation impact the current marks?

I am CA fresher. I get a offer from one bank for internal audit of bank branches and also they have position for corporate finance can u suggest me which one is better for me and for my career in long term.

ONE OF MY CLIENT HAS MADE PARTNERSHIP DEED IN OCT 2009 FROM ANOTHER LAWYER,
THEIR TWO PARTNERS CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION IS RS. 300000/- , AS PER ACT DEED MUST BE EXECUTED ON STAMP PAPER VALUE RS. 3000/-(1 % OF CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION )
But deed wrongly executed on stamp paper of rs. 100 and also made notarized by Notary officer

i have question how i can make deed legal?
or can i amend deed by paying stamp value as per law?
