1. why only FIEO??
2. just in case they are not, what should be done if they have already shown it in their sale and purchase??

see para 3.12.1.1 mentioned that:-

If the export product is such that it is not covered by any EPC, RCMC in respect thereof may be issued by FIEO.

09 August 2011 from company law point of view there is some problem.

With Pharma objects a company can not sell rics with putting the same in its object clause.

plz check the object clause.
