There is no compulsion of regi. but if i want to open bank account in the name of prop. firm "XYX Industries" then can bank allow me same?

If i want to go for regi. of the same is there any criteria for the same?
Which is the appropriate authority for regi? Can i regi. under shops and est. Act, (Local act), as we hv no shop, managing from Home.

can a CA who is not a whole practicing CA give his signature and certification on the certificate

Is it very much compulsory to provide workings in problems of costing? if the problem is solved correctly but error appears in working will it lead to deduction of marks? please suggest important points to note and about the presentation when one appears for IPCC?
