30 September 2011 can a CA who is not a whole practicing CA give his signature and certification on the certificate

part time COP holder can not do certification on the certificate.

01 October 2011 Issuing part time COP has been stopped by ICAI.... Hence now a CA can be either in full time practice or in corporate ....

Thus a person who does not have COP can not certify any document
