01 October 2011 Dear Experts,
There is no compulsion of regi. but if i want to open bank account in the name of prop. firm "XYX Industries" then can bank allow me same?

If i want to go for regi. of the same is there any criteria for the same?
Which is the appropriate authority for regi? Can i regi. under shops and est. Act, (Local act), as we hv no shop, managing from Home.

01 October 2011 get a "certificate of enlistment" ( trade licence) from local municipal, in business name showing yourself as proprietor and having address of business place.
