Stamp duty on dissolution of firm

I want to know that what will be the stamp duty for dissolution of firm.
Total value of Immovable asset is 12.70 Lacs and other movable asset is 3.8 Lacs i.e total assets is of Rs.16.50 lacs.

The partners wants to dissolve the firm and form a new firm with new partner.

So, in this case what will be the stamp duty for dissolution of firm.

I have a query. A company was formed form the FDI of 1,00,000 in india. When the FCGPR was filled for the same the RBI raised query asking to show the CA working sheet in this regard for the valuation under DCF methd. The shares were issued at the face value of Rs.10 and since the company is new it does not have any projects.

Application for dpin under llp act

pls tell me procedure for application of DPIN

client have DIN but while filing form 2 they are showing message invalid DPIN..... as per my knowledge MCA have deleted form 7 and we have to apply for DPIN through Form DIN 1. but then im getting this problem...........

pls help...............
