Stamp duty on dissolution of firm

21 February 2012 I want to know that what will be the stamp duty for dissolution of firm.
Total value of Immovable asset is 12.70 Lacs and other movable asset is 3.8 Lacs i.e total assets is of Rs.16.50 lacs.

The partners wants to dissolve the firm and form a new firm with new partner.

So, in this case what will be the stamp duty for dissolution of firm.

22 March 2012 where an a dissolution of the partnership or on retirement of the partner any property is taken as his share by a partner other than a partner who brought in the property as his share of contribution in the partnership The same duty as is leviable on a Conveyance under clause (a), (b), (c) or (d) as the case may be, of Article 25, on the market value to a minimum of Rs.100/-
