I want to make a pancard of partnership firm so pls provide me all the details for this and also tell me signature is necessary of partners in form no 49a.

22 February 2012 Before you applying Pan card, you must registered your company and two things are vitally important for applying:--

1.pan card.
2.Company registration certificate.

This two certificate are legitimately required while you applying pan card. Just take photo copy of Partnership Deed and Firm certificate.
There are plenty of agent there to register PAN card.
After completing this task, the agent will give an acknowledgement of PAN Application (Form 49A).
Duration of PAN card will be around 15 days.

i make a partnership deed & rent agreement pls tell me how i get the firm certificate & in pan card form sign is necessary of partners.
