Sir if my total income is 340000 and after deduction of PF & LIC Rs 100000 taxable income is 240000. which is exempted from tax .Sir please advise me can I fill form 15H in bank of TDS Exemption.

Dear Sir,
If new made partnership firm, take a Office on Rent, per month rent is 10000/- + party charged service tax, so I want to know that can we deduct the TDS on this or not.
Any limit for deducting TDS by partnership firm?

sir, I have not submitted form 108 within 30 days now iam supposed to submit one dd for condonation fee form 108 condonation letter working diary stipend proof now my doubt is I got my stipend thru crossed cheques all always now what I have to submit as stipend proof I have never taken xerox of cheques given by my principal simply what is to be submitted as stipend proof in whose favour the dd for payment of fee needed

I qualified in this Nov'15 exam. My partner is not signing my Form 108 for articleship completion. He is asking me to serve 2 months additional. I do not have any extra leave also. I do not have any proof of attendance. I have a calculation sheet of attendance calculated by my firm's personnel and it clearly states that I have no excess leave.
I am losing job opportunities due to this additional service. What remedy do I have against them ? Will form 119 be the remedy ?Kindly help !! I do not wish to disclose the name of my firm.

Dear sir, I served my 1st 6 months of articles in a firm. Later on i took termination and joined in another for the balance 2.5 years of my aticleship . By Feb 2016 I completed my aticleship tenure of 3 years. My query is " What period of articleship working days and leaves should be considered in form 108 ? For the balance 2.5 years served in new firm or entire 3 years by aggregating articleship working days and leaves in both old and new firms?
