Can Articleship assistant create llp?? if yes what compliance need to be followed? i.e. from institute point of view..

I cleared my 1st group of IPCC and I want to focus on group 2 but still I dont want my final to be delayed by 6 months. so my query is if I apply for articleship in the end of april will my principal grant me a leave right from 1st day of joining till May 16,2016 ??

I have completed 2 years and 8 months of articleship and had given final exams in nov; 2015 . I am being called by my prinicpal in office for completing balance 4 months of articleship. But i dont want to go back now because of huge distance from my hometown and want to continue the balance period in my hometown itself.Is there any solution available so that i can convince my prinicpal for allowing me to complete the balance period in my hometown?

Hello friends,,,,,iam currently pursuing cs executive course,,,i want to join b com degree in ignou,,, i want to know the duration of the course.....is it three year course if i register with igonu before passing cs executive exam ....or will the duration of the course will be reduced to one year....if i register after passing cs executive....please help me,,,,

there is one client who is running coaching classes in Partnershp. but the deed is not registered it is only notarized. and they never filled return it is 8 years old firm. now they want to get it registered and also want to file returns.
Now is it advisable to register it now by making fresh deed or to register it from the date which is mentioned in its old deed by paying Penalty for each month of delay.
