but i had not applied for a firm name.
it has just come to my knowledge that To certify any documents i need a firm name.
Can i apply for a firm name now ??
which form am i supose to fill for it...??

i am working in a manufacturing company and wants to apply for membership number and cop both so is it possible to apply both simultaneously or being in industry can apply only for membership number
as i require that cop for attestation work only
and what are the conditions or formalities for it?

if a Company holds a current a/c which gives a sweep everyday to its sister concerns.at the end of the month there is an interest charged on this daily in and out activity of money from parent--to --sister soncern and back again from sister---to --parent A/c . so does the parent Company need to pay the TDS on the Sweep Inerest charged by the bank. this TDS on interest is shown receivable from its sister concern in the books of PArent Company.
