07 June 2012 FOR, FOB etc. basically depend upon the negotiations between Purchaser and Seller. (Debtor & Creditor.) They are governed by the demand supply theries of economics. Nothing FIXED about it. In few cases one has to take into account the EXCISE and VAT rules for such negotiations.
