i have complete graduation in 2005 now i have 5 year experience of accounting now i want to become a c a student.
my question is i can start for c a from ipcc directly or not ?

during the articalship i am doing b.com in distance & icwa. i submit form 112 only for icwa.some friends said icai give permission only to one course.so i submit for only icwa.there is any problem will happend for doing b.com during articalship with out informing to icai.

is there any difference MSME AND SSI ( SMALL SCALE INDUSTRY )

My father and my uncle are director in two Pvt ltd company
1)( chemical division ).
2)( Leather division)
Both having 24% shares each i.e 48 % total in both the companies.They are directors since formation of the company till today ( almost 15 years ). They are not involved in day to day activity of that business.

Now we wish to take over the private ltd business of leather division in our hand .And the other directors continue the other business of chemical division or vise versa.

Is this disclosure as per section 22 of the said Act? if yes what is the format/draft for it?

What's the purpose of said Disclosure? Kindly explain.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We had a user id for LLP. After integration of LLP with MCA, I tried to login to the website as per guidelines issued. But I could not login. Then I gave forgot password option . With that I could login into my account. But then I could not find any of the old LLP details that had been filed by us. I also tried to check with " Migrated Partners Details" but it is showing the error as no records found. Without this I can not file any forms relating to those LLPs which are already incorporated.

Kindly help me with the following queries:
1. How to get the details of the forms already filed?
2. How to get the migrated partner details?

It is very urgent. Help me.
