Sir I am Ramen Manna IPCC student want to sit for exam in november. After passing CPT from February I targeted to sit for a single group but now on July I am thinking that I can clear both the groups so I want to appear for both groups on May 2013 instead of Nov 2012 as I am a graduate from Calcutta Univrsity almost module is done in my graduation level. But I am unable to decide. What should I do ? Sould I sit for 1st group on november and 2nd group on may or both on may???? Plz advice......

We have setup partnership firm (I, my father and my wife) and currently we are in process to procure the industrial land.

I am bit confuse about to give ownership to either any of partner member or whole partnership firm.

Hi all, i have brought One Sony Camera and HTC Mobile phone from UK and it stuck in the Delhi Customs through TNT Courier. After providing fair penalty letter and authorisation letter, customs are asking for NOC from Ministry of Environment and Forest for clearance of my ship. Please help me out how i can approach? i am staying in Hyderabad, i am unable to find a way, regarding this please any one help me in this. if any one have customs clearance agent then contact me or please give me guidelines for getting this NOC letter.
