Can anyone plz tell me whether to go for PRACTICE OR JOB after becoming CA????

Depends upon your market relationships, money needed, patience.
If you are good at all three constraints then you can easily go for practice otherwise you can go for Job as it gives you money security right now. You don't have to worry about market relationships to bring more assignment to you.
There are also other factors also inclusive of all the above.
But it's your aspiration which would finally decide what you should really go for.
As both are good and incomparable to each other due to time difference.
