I have got exemption in IPCC Group 1 Financial Accounting in the May 2011, and I wrote nov 2011 & May 2012 . Still is there any chances of retaining the exemption if may 2012 attempt got failed. If is there still how many attempts is there from now. Can any body help regarding this please

i am in service and cleared my 1st group of final in may/june 2009, thereafter i joined service and could not give exam with full plaze. but in may 2012 attempt i give attempt by taking one month job leave ............but what a bad luck.......i got 177 in second group of final ....... and 59 marks in indirect tax law ...... not get exemption by 1 mark, if i got exemption i surely clear second group in nov 12 attempt,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
institute don't know the value of 1 mark for me............

whether i should go for verification procedure ?
