U/s Sec 44ab the limit for businessman from 60 lacs to 100 lacs effective from f.y. 2012-13 or not the doubt is arise because in amendement clause says the change is effective from 1 apr. 2013?

New limit is applicable from the assessment year 2013-14.

for financial year 2012-13, audit will conduct in 2013-14 so it written 1.4.2013
