Hi! i have 5 bills of a Foreign Vendor for services provided by him. I have booked all the 5 bills and deducted TDS as applicable at the time of bookig the bills. Now i need to make the payment to the vendor for which i need a Form 15CB. Can someone please advise the exchange rate to be used at the time of preparing the Form 15CB as all the bills are pertaining to different dates and different foreign exchange rates.
An early reply/solution shall be highly appreciated.

Sir, I want know that a partnership firm is registered, but immediately after this partner decided that for making a pvt ltd co.,(process is going on)my concern is payment make earlier to vandor, rent , salary etc without deducted TDS from firm because firm did not have any TAN no.

Dear sir,
I had registered online for GMCS course starting from 10th of sept 2012. It was successfully registered then I submitted the physical copy along with the DD as required through courier.when I check the status of courier it shows that it has reached to the required address.But icai says it has not reached to them.
so please clarify that what step should i take because only 5 days left now.
