One of my clients – say Mr. A is going to start with Electrical and Plumbing work for building under construction.
Contract is between builder and Mr. A.
Now Mr. A wants to sub contract the labour job work to another contactor. Mr. B.
Query:
1. Whether Mr. A can go for Joint venture with Mr.B.
2. Or Sub contracting with B.
Basically I want to know difference between JV & sub contact.
Also suggest which more beneficial to Mr.A.
If possible list out the formalities / document require in query 1 & 2.

Auth Capital is Rs.100000 so foreign nationals Subscribe Rs.80000 and as per Notification No. FERA 143/93-RB, dated 26-4-1993 issued by RBI, only upto Rs.10000 can invest in general premission. so i want to know about the procdure to take premission from RBI. The Company is going to start Software IT sector business. Please Help

I have completed my IPCC both groups in this may 2012,I am now pursuing my articleship training.I directly came to CA from class 12th so am not pursuing my graduation.As we could do a course along with articleship I have chosen CS course.I have applied for foundation.My query is Can a IPCC qualified student directly apply for CS Inter(Executive) programme??Is there any exemption for CS foundation?? as ICWAI has already give the exemption for IPCC qualified students.
