Hello Sir, I need your help. I am going to register a Pvt Ltd Company where out of 2 MOA subscriber 1 is from Netherland and he want to subscribe 80% of Total Shares. Auth Capital is Rs.100000 so foreign nationals Subscribe Rs.80000 and as per Notification No. FERA 143/93-RB, dated 26-4-1993 issued by RBI, only upto Rs.10000 can invest in general premission. so i want to know about the procdure to take premission from RBI. The Company is going to start Software IT sector business. Please Help
