I am cleared up with hoth groups of IPCC

Banker is insisting upon Certificate of Rent from a Chartered Accountant for the rent to be received from the building which is being constructed. The builder sought loan for the construction and one of the document insisted by bank is Certificate of Rent. Can a CA give certificate of rent for the building which is yet to be constructed.

I passed all my acadamic exams from SSC to Inter with 95% marks &CPT with 70%d IPCE with 60% and i am from poor back ground can i get any scholership. from ICAI.
Ipcc 2nd group Passed in Nov 2010 with51%
and 1st group wth 65%in may2012

A.Y. 2011-12 E-FILING / ITR V FILED ON 31-03-2012, THE STATUS OF ITR V IS NOT RECEIVED IN WELL TIME (NOT RECEIVED -TIME OUT)
I POSTED THE ITRV 2-3 TIMES AND NOT RECEIVED ANY INTIMEATION NON RECEIPT.
CAN I FILE REVISE RETURN FOR THE A. Y 2011-12 OR AS FRESH? HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY TDS REFUND?
PLEASE HELP ME.

Possible options for ca freshers..

I have qualified group 1 of ipcc in may 2012, besides i have also qualified the CWA foundation,but iam yet to file form 112 as i have decided to postpond my CWA inter for th next attempt,i would like to know if it is compulsary to file form 112 along with 103,would it make any difference if i make it after getting registered with ICWAI for CWA inter

I have passed my IPCC 1st group exam in may 2012 n now I am registered for group 2 but roll no in admit card issued by icai for my November 2012 exam is again for group one due to negligence while filling examination form by mistake i wrote IPCE 1st group instead of IPCE 2nd group... plz tell me the procedure to resolve that problem......

UNDER IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT WHAT CLAUSE WE SHOULD ADD SO THAT OUR BANK GETS "NOTIFIED CREDIT" WITHOUT SUBMITTING PROOF OF DELIVERY FOR CONSIGNMENT. WE ARE FACING PROBLEM FOR GEETING NOTIFIED CREDIT BEFORE EXPIRY OF L/C. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GET OUR L/C DISCOUNT, ALWAYS OUR BANK ASK ACCEPTANCE/CONCERN FROM CONSIGNEE. ON OTHER HAND CONSIGNEE TAKES STAND THAT WITHOUT COMPLETING DELIVERY OF CONSIGNMENT THEY DON'T GIVE APPROVAL TO THEIR BANK FOR DICOUNTING / NOTIFIED CREDIT. PLEASE HELP & REPLY

Suppose an employee joins in August 2012 then for the purpose of Tds should I consider 8 Months or 12 Months

I am working in a manufacturing company of lighting fixtures products.Total units of production in the company is around 25000 [product A,B,c,d] units in a month.
Currently i am costing one product,Say product A .companys FC around 5,00,000 in a amonth.
My query is how to allocate that Fc to the product A
Selling price of Product A is Max: Rs.225/-
