Form 112 for articleship registration

I have qualified group 1 of ipcc in may 2012, besides i have also qualified the CWA foundation,but iam yet to file form 112 as i have decided to postpond my CWA inter for th next attempt,i would like to know if it is compulsary to file form 112 along with 103,would it make any difference if i make it after getting registered with ICWAI for CWA inter

In case you haven't registered for CWA Inter as on the date of commencement of your articleship then not required to send form 112 along with form 103 and form 112 required to send before going to registration to CWA inter in case you want to register it after commencement of articleship and form 103 send and your articleship doesn't completed. I.e in case at the time of registration to CWA inter your are undergoing of your articleship then required to send form 112 before getting the registration to CWA inter.
