I want shop Establishment licenses, for that, which documents required. Please help.

Suppose 'A' has joined firm 'X'on 1 September 2012 .At the time of joining,in appointment letter it was mentioned that "the article will not take transfer on account whatsoever and will serve the whole term of articleship in this firm only".But as per ICAI we can take transfer during 1st year without any restriction.Now 'A' wants transfer,and the firm is denying of giving transfer.What are the possible solutions for 'A'?

Hi Team,

I am located in Pune. I have recently purchased a resale flat in a co-operative society. The whole deal is done and all the payments are made and the possession of the flat has been taken 2 months back.

Now the issue is that the old (original) share certificate is with the seller and he is not ready to surrender it. He is asking for additional money (out of the deal) for the Share certificate.

All the legal documents (Sale Agreement, Sale deed etc.) are with me and I have also got NOC from the society before purchasing the flat.

Now what should be my steps and what should I be telling to the society to do.

Can I get into some legal trouble for not having the share certificate transferred?
Also can society discard the old share certificate and issue me a new one?

I have Tally ERP.9 Licence version but it is not licence version.
When i migrat tally 7 data into into Tally ERP.9 it shows this error" Migration is unable to reach Tally.ERP 9 server!" Post request failed.

i want to know...people say if you have done ca articleship in a good ca firm..then you can learn work which cs firm perform within 2 to 3 months..
